ENIL is a network and forum of disability organizations and disabled people that advocates for accessibility, inclusion, and the right to independent living for people with disabilities across Europe. ENIL promotes Independent Living values, principles and practices, such as provision of personal assistance and other community supports and services, as well as barrier-free environments and adequate technical aids. ENIL advances the political representation and promotion of disability rights within the European political framework. The vision of ENIL is a Europe where all disabled people are able to exercise choice and control over their lives, on an equal level with others; where they are valued members of the community and can enjoy all of their human rights and self-determination.

Achilles International

Achilles International is an organization with a mission to make sport and exercise more accessible for people with all forms of disability, and in the process create supportive communities and foster strong friendships through being active together. Achilles supports disabled athletes to participate in many different activities, such as running and adapted cycling, as well as enables opportunities for adapted athletes to join big races around the world. Achilles has 34 chapters in 17 countries, as well as 28 chapters throughout the United States. Achilles breaks barriers to exercise and racing start lines, and empowers people with all forms of disability to be able to move, be active, be part of a caring community, and cross the finish line smiling!
